This time swathi magic not worked again. while coming into the story Shreya (Swathi) is an aspiring singer; her aim in life is to sing for A.R.Rehman. Meanwhile, she sings at a five star hotel for money. Everyday, a handsome guy watches her singing at the restaurant but doesn’t compliment her like other audiences. That bothers Shreya and she confronts him on this and soon a friendship develops between them. He encourages her to achieve her goal. One day, a music exponent (Vikram Gokhale) scolds her for singing without the basic knowledge of music that prompts her to take up tutelage under him. The reticent exponent doesn’t accept her first but later changes his heart after her repeated sincere attempts to learn. How does she reach her goal and what is the bond between this guru and shishya forms rest of the story.
Movie Analysis:
Kalavaramaye Madilo is about a girl’s dreams to become someone and her passion towards music. Like all the movies in this genre, Kalavaramaye Madilo treads similar pattern but looks like the director has heavy influence of K Vishwanath’s early classics like Shankara Bharanam and Sagara Sangamam. Most of the situations remind of those movies; hence you get feeling of déjà vu. However the film is neatly handled and executed despite many flaws in screenplay and clichéd moments. It starts off with Swathi’s narration - she introducing herself, her family, her dreams and her infatuation with this handsome guy. Soon after that the director forgets this first persona narration and ends it with like any other film. The film offers nothing new but the music is good on ears. First half is okay, but second half is big bore.
Performances
Colors Swathi looks cute but her expressions and diction is similar to what she had been doing on Television as anchor. It is acceptable to cash in on her image because youngsters like her peculiar style of voice and overt mushy expressions, but that cannot treated be as ‘acting’. Kamal Kamaraj suits to his role of well-educated, foreign returned guy. He does whatever that is required for. He showing off his six-pack body in middle of a song for no purpose is really silly. Marathi actor Vikram Gokhale gives effective and restrained performance, especially in the climax. S.P.Balu has lent voice to his character. Tanikella’s role reminds us of Allu Ramalingaiah’s in Shankara Bharanam or Sharat Babu’s Sagara Sangamam. Delhi Rajeshwari and Pragati are okay.
Music is best part of the movie. Newcomer Sharret Vasudevan has come out with some mellifluous numbers. “Toli Toli Ashalenno Reputunna Thillanna..” (seems Chitra sang this one with flaws purposefully to suit the situation) and “Kalavarmay Madilo..” songs are best from the this supposedly musical film.
Cinematography and other technical aspects are neat. As a director Satish Kasetty has improved from his amateurish taking of his first film Hope. But he seems to have heavy influence of K Vishwanath’s films.

Hence the bottomline of Kalavaramaye Madilo movie doesn’t offer any refreshing theme, angle or situations. It treads on similar terrain of past musical films. Second half of flick reminds of films that came two decades ago. Except from music, it is b ig disappointment and very boring.

The harry potter fans dream cum true when the release of harry potter and the half blood prince . Nine long years since the first Harry Potter movie hit the screens across the world but the enthusiasm refuses to die down. This time around Harry Potter has kept his fans waiting for almost two years the longest break fans have had to endure for a new movie adventure about the teen wizard. Director David Yates has made sure that the wait for the fans has been worthwhile. Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson and Rupert Grint who have lived these roles almost half their lives do not disappoint this summer.
Buzz up!In Half-Blood Prince, Harry Potter (Daniel Radcliffe), Hermione Granger (Emma Watson) and Ron Weasley (Rupert Grint) are best pals. Harry's biggest challenge in the school is a secret assignment by Hogwarts headmaster Albus Dumbledore (Michael Gambon). Harry suspects that new dangers may lie within the castle, but Dumbledore is more intent upon preparing him for the final battle with Lord Voldemort (who surprisingly doesn't appear in the entire movie). Dumbledore needs Harry to help him uncover a vital key to unlocking Voldemort's defences critical information known only to Hogwarts' former Potions Professor, Horace Slughorn (Jim Broadbent). With that in mind, Dumbledore manipulates his old colleague Professor Slughorn into returning to his previous post with promises of more money and the chance to teach Harry. Meanwhile, the students are under attack from a very different adversary as adolescent hormones rage across the ramparts. Harry's long friendship with Ginny Weasley (Bonnie Wright) is growing into something deeper, but standing in the way is Ginny's boyfriend and her big brother Ron. But Ron's has his won romantic entanglements with Lavender Brown (Jessie Cave) lavishing her affections on him. This leaves leaving Hermione simmering with jealousy yet determined not to show her feelings. And then a box of love potion-laced chocolates ends up in the wrong hands and changes everything. The movie acts as a great platform for the Radcliffe, Watson and Grint to display their maturing acting skills and they do not disappoint the audience. Whether their acting careers flourish after "Harry Potter" or not, they will leave behind one of the most successful series of films man has ever seen. Michael Gambon Jim Broadben and Bonnie Wright play their roles well in the movie.
The movie drags a bit toward the end but screenwriter Steve Kloves generally keeps the plot rolling. He also adds a new scenes such as the opening attack on London's Millennium Bridge. At 153 minutes the movie seems a shade longer perhaps a 10 minute editing would have made it look better. Harry Potter has always set high standards when it has come visual-effects and Half Blood Price in no exception in this regard.David Yates who took over the job of helming with Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix directs Half Blood Prince in his deepening confidence and comfort. He has lived up to the high standards set by Chris Columbus, Alfonso Cuaron and Mike Newell in the first four movies. Yates remarkable controls the action sequences well and gives his stars much needed breathing space between the action sequences. In Half-Blood Prince Yates stays true to the JK Rowling's although he infuses a certain amount of freshness and energy that makes it seem like a new stuff rather than the screen adoption of a novel. Yates will also helm the the two-part adaptation of the seventh and final book Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows but with Half Blood Prince he has set a grand finale. It is a must watch for all the Harry Potter fans and even for those who have missed the previous five editions.
Technical and other departments :
As usual in Harry ‘s series this one is created with great technical qualities . the camera work and the screen play of the film was great. Although it’s a 2 ½ film but we cant feel bore .because every frame was very inserting and wonderful technical works. We cant escape from each frame. The music in the film was superb especially The back ground scroll was great.
Artist performance:
As usually the Harry potter team performance are great . The performance of Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint, Emma Watson in this film was much better than those earlier once. The other artist performance also good. All of the character in film was satisfactory .

Biography:
Shruti Haasan was born on 28 January 1986 in Chennai, India. She is another celebrity daughter venturing into stardom. Her father is none other than Kamala Haasan and mother yesteryears Bollywood Star Sarika(divorced). She has an younger sister ’Akshara’. Shruti Haasan Wants to be a singer since she was a kid. After 10th grade after a brief stench in psychology at St. Andrew's college at Mumbai she moved to california to study music.
Shruti haasan did her debut song for the film Thevar Magan. She was only 6 years age at that time. The film was done by her father Kamal Haasan. Clearly an advantage for her. in school, Haasan made her singing debut in the Hindi language film, Chachi 420, singing a duet performing for the voice of a child, with her father Kamal Haasan. This film was also directed by her father Kamal Haasan. (You might be thinking that if you had film maker father, you could also become a singer at the age of 5.) Then she sung for another Kamal film Hey Ram along with her father. Incidentally she made a cameo appearance as the daughter of Vallabhai Patel in the biopic of Mahatma Gandhi in the same film

After much speculation, Shruti Haasan was confirmed as the music composer for the upcoming Tamil film Unnaipol Oruvan, with lead role played by her father Kamal Haasan who is also co-producer of the movie under Rajkamal International.[14] The bilingual, is a remake of the successful Hindi film, A Wednesday!, but the soundtracks of both the projects are entirely separate.
Shruti haasan was to appear opposite Madhavan as a heroinein in 2008. However the project seems to be shelved for the time being.
