READY MOVIE PREVIEW:

Ready is an upcoming Hindi comedy film directed by Anees Bazmee. It stars Salman Khan and Asin in the lead roles. The film also stars Paresh Rawal, Arya Babbar and Mahesh Manjrekar in supporting roles. The film is a remake of the 2008 Telugu film Ready directed by Sreenu Vaitla and starring Ram and Genelia. The cinematography is handled by P. C. Sriram. The film is scheduled for release on 3 June 2011.


The film was originally to be shot in Mauritius. However on the request of Salman Khan, the location was changed to Sri Lanka. Khan described his decision to choose Sri Lanka as its close proximity to India and its suitable landscape for Indian productions.

The film's shooting started on 20 June 2010 in Colombo. The first schedule of shooting lasted for over 27 days at locations in Colombo and the neighboring Bentota, during which approximately 40% of the filming was completed. The second schedule of shooting was slated to start in October which was delayed due to eye problems faced by Salman Khan. The lead actor requested Anees Bazmee to delay the shoot until the condition of his eye improves. The shooting started again in Mumbai from November 3, 2010. Portions of the film were shot at Film City in Mumbai and Cherish Studios at Madh Island in the North of Mumbai. The final schedule of shooting started in February 2011 in Bangkok. According to reports, actors Ajay Devgn, Sanjay Dutt and Kangna Ranaut, who were shooting in Bangkok for David Dhawan's film, Rascals were called by Salman Khan to become part of the movie. The trio shot for a day and will be seen doing cameo appearances in the film. Arbaaz Khan and Zarine Khan were also confirmed to have shot for small cameos in the film.

During filming, media reports emerged that Asin had shot for an intimate scene for the film, though the reports were later denied by the actress. The film’s release date was first set as 27 May 2011 but was later pushed back to 3 June 2011.

Ram Gopal Varma New Telugu Film KSD Appala Raju Movie Review:


well It Seems to be this was not worked For Ramu That So Big when Compare to his Previous Film Mani and Other ones. But It Was Not so Bored Film.



Story:
Appalraju (Sunil) hails from Amalapuram and is a devoted movie lover. He spends his most of the time in watching films in Rambha theatre in Amalapuram for which, his father (Chalapati Rao) scolds him. Appalraju decides to leave to Hyderabad and hopes to comeback to Amalapuram only after he becomes a big director in Tollywood. He goes to his friend Subbadu (Rajesh) in Hyderabad who also leaves Amalapuram for becoming a hero, but in vain. Appalraju however get in touch with Raakhi(Raghubabu) a producer. Raakhi reads Appalraju’s script Nayaki and says he would help him. Appalraju decides to cast Kanishka (Sakshi) and manages to get her call-sheets. However, a corporate firm manager, who have to provide finance for the film says they will finalize the film, only if the film has a big hero like Babu (Adarsh). When everything is set for his movie to take off, the hero and heroine of the film Babu and Kanishka who are in love initially breaks up. What hurdles Appalraju face? Will Appalraju’s movie starts rolling forms the rest of the story.



Artist Performance:
Sunil tried to be subtle but ended up with a tame show. The lack of interest is seen in his expressions. We can’t blame him as the content of the film is that bad that even a senior actor like Sunil too fails to be in his sorts. Ajay and Adarsh are okay as the egoistic heroes and Sakshi Gulati performance is painful to watch. Swathi once again goes overboard as the director asked her to be so. Raghu Babu is fine and Harshavardhan is good. Brahmanandam’s comedy falls flat and Tanu Roy’s over action is unbearable. Raja Ravinder, Tanikella Bharani, Suman Shetty, Venu Madhav etc did according to the directions of RGV.



Analysis:
KSD Appalraju, though starts on an exciting note, looses its tempo in no time due to its weak story, bad screenplay and horrible climax. RGV fails to manage audiences in connecting to the film. Unnecessary characters and their scenes make us irritate at times. While First-half of the film ends on an unexciting note, the second-half totally tests our patience and when it comes to climax part, you totally loose your patience and run away from theaters

Technical And Other Departments:
Though KSD Appalraju storyline is interesting, Varma totally failed in its Katha (story), Screenplay and Darsakatvam (Direction). The movie takes off on an exciting note, but has lost its grip, making it uninteresting in no time with a stale story and poor screenplay. Cinematography is ordinary, Dialogues are not interesting. Editing is not impressive. Background score by Koti was just alright and only the first couple of songs are good to watch out for. Production values are poor.



Final View:
KSD Appalaraju is a satire which has gone wrong completely. Ram Gopal Varma and his film have turned laughing stock in an attempt to laugh at others. This is a good example for how not to make a film.

Nara Rohith’s new film ‘Solo’ was launched today at Annapurna Studios in Hyderabad. The film is directed by Parasuram under SVK Cinema banner with Vamsi Krishna Srinivas as the producer. For the muhurat shot Nara Chandra Babu Naidu tapped the clap board, while Vamsi Paidipally switched on the camera and Puri Jagannath directed the first shot. Nara Rohith expressed his happiness on the occasion and said that ‘Solo’ is entirely different from that of his 1st film. He also expressed his confidence on the director by saying that he would craft the film in an impressive manner. Suman said, “Rohith’s father is my close friend. I know Rohith as my friend’s son and then as a hero. I saw his ‘Baanam’ and was immensely impressed. He has the right qualities as a Telugu film hero. Priyanka Chopra New Film 7 Khoon Maaf Hindi Movie Review:

When you have Vishal Bhardwaj movie you expect nothing but perfection. He is one of the few directors who manage to come up with something that can leave you wanting for more; be it Maqbool, Omkara or Kaminey. And with 7 Khoon Maaf he further establishes his prowess as a director. However, how appealing the story is, is another matter of discussion!

Story and Movie Analysis:

7 Khoon Maaf is not the run of the mill love story. It is rather a story of search of love and happiness of a woman called Susanna. And in her she comes across various men, each man giving her some hope. But the marriages lead to disappointments driving her to a position when she decides to kill the husband. She may have just left a few of them without killing, but as one of her aids explains, Susanna never believed in running away but believed in killing the problem!

The story manages to bring out the change in the character of Susanna brilliantly as she gets more and more frustrated, almost to a psychotic level - almost enjoying some murders! But then you also fail to see a solid conclusion to her story, which could make her entire journey meaningless. There is something missing and also it gets enormously heavy for an audience who may be looking for any sort of entertainment out of a movie. But these things are overpowered by Bhardwaj's screenplay and director and of course the performances.

This could have become an abnormally long film but the director's expertise is seen in the way he uses time lapses. 7 Khoon Maaf becomes one of the best crafted movies of recent times. Vishal not only gets the casting and characters right he also gets the time lapse right. The story is set in an undisclosed location, Susanna's aging is documenting through various milestone dates in Indian history in last 50 years. And his characters are a realistic part of these settings. Be it the rock-and-roll guy in the '80s, the poet in the troubled Kashmir, or the Russian spy working in India before the country becomes a nuclear power!

Artist Perfomance:

Performances, as all of Bhardwaj's films, are superlative. Priyanka Chopra manages to amaze with her versatility. Neil's short stint is powerful and he will be silencing a lot of critics with this film. Irrfan Khan and Annu Kapoor leave a mark. Russian actor Aleksandr Dyachenko is effective. Naseeruddin Shah yet again proves that he is one of the Gods of acting. In a very small role the actor manages leave you wanting for more. He plays a Bengali who speaks Hindi with a mother tongue influence and yet never makes it look like a caricature, which most people end up being. But among all these actors stands tall debutant Vivaan Shah, the younger son of Naseer. He ages from 17 to 45 and what a remarkable job he does!

Technical and Other Departments:

Technically too the film scored very high with first rate work of cinematography and editing. The music is relevant to the settings and the story, apart from being very appealing.

Final View:

Overall 7 Khoon Maaf could leave you loaded with thoughts and doubts. The fact that it is more of a journey without a regular conclusion could be disturbing to some part of the audience. Also as mentioned earlier it is not the regular entertainer and is quite brooding and dark. But there are far too many good things in the film to leave you unsatisfied. Watch this film.

As announced before the start of the project, Dongala Mutha has completed right on schedule, that is, in just 5 days with a crew of only 8 people including the director. Also, unlike some people believe, this film has not been shot on a 24 hour basis. It’s been shot on plain normal shifts that is from 9 am to 6 pm without a single shift being extended.
This opens new doors and to a new approach towards filmmaking and shows all concerned in the industry what it could never even dreamt have possible.
The speed of the shoot is attributed to the unique structure of the production process - 4 Canon cameras were used to capture every shot in multiple angles simultaneously, with absolutely no lights or additional equipment such as dollys, jibs etc. The entire film has been shot hand-held and in natural light.
The film stars Ravi Teja, Charmi, Prakash Raj, Laxmi Manchu, Brahmanandam, Subbaraju, Brahmaji, & Supreet. Adding to its list of first-times in the industry is the fact that the entire film is being made on a zero budget. None of the cast or technicians are being paid any monetary remuneration. Their payments will come only from the profits of the film.
Using digital technology to its maximum, the film is racing through its post-production and will be ready for theatrical release on 4th March 2011, that is in just 23 days from day 1 of the shoot.

Earlier titles like Khushigaa and Lovely were considered but the director Jayanth, producer Ganesh and hero Pawan thought that they are too soft. So, Teenmaar - Celebration of Love is okayed as it is catchy and connects with the mass audiences although it is a Hindi/Urdu word. This vishnu was Succeded when Compare to his Previous Films. This Film Seems to be Worked For Vishnu.

Story:

Venky (Vishnu) is a boxer and leads life happily. He accidentally meets Pooja (Tapsee), sister of a rowdy aspiring to become a politician Narasimha (Prakash Raj). Both Pooja and Venky frequently caught at various dos, which gives wrong assumption that they are lovers. Thinking that his sister's in love with Venky, Narasinha attacks Venky's family. Venky retaliates to this. Rest of the drama is all about conflict between Venky and Narasimha and real romance ensuing between Venky and Pooja.

Artist Performance:

Vishnu Manchu: Vishnu Manchu has positive body language in the movie and he is looking good. He changed his dialogue delivery a bit to suit the modulation of Mohan Babu. He has tried new steps in Dabidi Dibidi song and he is very flexible with his movements in this song. The fights in the movie are also well performed by him.
Others: Tapsee is glamorous in the movie. Brahmanandam who starts off in a routine note creates good entertainment in the second half. This character is a cake walk for Prakash Raj and his dialogues are neat. Satyam Rajesh, Siva Reddy and Babloo acted as hero’s friends. Ali’s cameo is ineffective. Ajay didn’t have an effective role in the movie. Sanjay Reddy (CEO of Gemini) did the role of Vishnu’s brother and he is camera-friendly.

Technical and Other Departments:

Story - screenplay - direction: It is an interesting story with nice screenplay. The hero and the heroine doesn’t meet each other till interval point, but lots of things happen around as everybody thinks that they are dating each other. This film also sports some interesting screenplay that we find in Seenu Vytla’s movies. However, the director who could able to come up with decent writing couldn’t convert it efficiently onto the screen.
Other departments: Cinematography by the veteran cinematographer S Gopal Reddy is good. This is the first straight Telugu movie to be shot entirely by digital camera. You will not see much of a difference between the output of digital camera and the regular camera. Music by Mani Sharma is good and all the songs are shot well. My favorites are Hello Everybody and Padha Padha. Since the couple meet only during interval, most of the songs are more like imaginary ones from the third character’s point of view. Dialogues are okay. There is a good dialogue on the greatness of Telugu and a ‘punch’ dialogue on Andhra, Rayalaseema and Telangana. Stunts are well choreographed. Production values by 24-Frames factory are good.

Analysis:

The film comes across as a decent attempt to give entertainment given the fact that this is a debut attempt from the director. While the first half was a bit jerky due to technical hiccups and weak direction, it picks up right before the interval. The second half has the actual punch and though it got dragged at few instances, overall it gave a good feel. The film as such justifies its genre and has the required ingredients for keeping the audience busy. At the box office, this will land in safe zone.

Final View:

Vastadu Naa Raju has interesting plot line and provides some good laughter but the movie lets you down as it progresses, especially climax sequences are big disappointment. Comedy and rich visuals are its strength.

Akshay Kumar new hindi film Patiala House Movie Review:

When was the last time you saw Akshay Kumar in a no-nonsense, sober role (not counting the bland Tasveer) where he didn't made a caricature of himself with his over-the-top comic antics? And when was the last time you found him extremely impressive while underplaying his character?
The first and the best thing that Patiala House does is redefine the typecast Akshay Kumar from the slapstick clown to a splendid actor.
The second thing that the film does is give us back the fabulous filmmaker whom we lost to the never-ending Salaam-e-Ishq and the fully formulaic Chandni Chowk To China. Picture this scene in the final reel of the film when Akshay Kumar is bowling for the last over of the cricket match. His father who never approved of his son's dream arrives at the stadium just on time. While any other director would have exploited this situation with a sentimental bonding between the father-son or a jingoistic call for victory by the father, Nikhil Advani avoids any such confrontational cliché. He steers away from stereotypes and cuts out every trace of melodrama and every foreseeable formula from the film, thereby bringing freshness to the otherwise predictable family drama.

Story and movie Analysis:

Bauji (Rishi Kapoor), the patriarch of the Kahlon family, has been fighting against racism faced by Indians in England and has brought respect and individuality of their community in Southall. He has always been the dominating head of his extended joint family (that can put Rajshri to shame) and his diktats have decided everyone's destiny. His elder son Gattu (Akshay Kumar) had to forsake his dreams of playing cricket for the national England team since Bauji was never in favour of the firangs, despite residing on foreign lands. 17 years later, when Gattu gets a chance to be a part of the England team again, Simran (Anushka Sharma) encourages him to live his dream. After much probing by the younger generation in the Kahlon family, Gattu agrees to play, but without informing his father. Until Bauji learns of it just before the final match. From characterizations to conflicts, one can find references galore in the writing, though thankfully nothing is blatantly duplicated. Rishi Kapoor's authoritative patriarch character who has things go his way has been a popular family figure in Hindi films from Dina Pathak's Khoobsurat to Amitabh Bachchan's Sooryavansham. Further Gattu facing opposition from his father to play cricket is reminiscent of Gurinder Chadha's Bend It Like Beckham where the NRI Punjabi father (Anupam Kher) doesn't approve of his daughter's football fervour. The screenplay by Nikhil Advani and Anvita Dutt Guptan has a systematic approach towards the storytelling. A quick prologue explains the racial discrimination plot and a fleeting flashback establishes Gattu's rise and renouncement in cricket. With the joint family setup, the narrative expectedly proceeds with a wedding in the household, as a dozen characters are erratically introduced and confuse you with their correlations. The story subsequently works towards Gattu's resurgent induction in the sport and humour comes naturally in the narrative with the family's attempts to cover up Gattu's field performance from Bauji. The concluding reels make way for heartrending dramatic moments between the father-son and an obvious yet exciting cricket match. What's commendable about Advani's writing and direction is that he never overdoes anything though there is a common tendency with the theme he tackles. He never goes jingoistic in the racism track nor does he overstate Indian tradition and culture on London lands with the NRI setting. Again the family drama is never overblown and is treated with subtlety and maturity. Anvita Dutt Guptan's restrained yet powerful dialogues help achieve that in a big way. The first half might appear slow and one-dimensional but it works steadily to bring conviction to the protagonist's journey. The horde of familial characters might baffle you at times but they are all driven by a common conflict – living their dream over Bauji's. At a broader level, the film gives a subtle social message of breaking boundaries of regionalism and nationalism. Patiala House doesn't need an all-Indian or an all-Asian team, like in the John Abraham – Arshad Warsi starrer football film Goal, to incite nationalistic sentiments in the viewer. Even as an Indian audience, the director compellingly makes you root for an NRI who plays for the England cricket team and defeats Australia.

Artist Performance:

Akshay Kumar underplays his character with absolute sincerity and gives one of the best performances of his career. So used are we with his histrionics that, at times, it seems he is overtly toned down here. But then he remains in his character and is impressive. Rishi Kapoor is superlative in his commanding character. His body language, dialect and expressions are impeccable. Anushka Sharma isn't ignored in this father-son drama and stands on her own. She has a well-etched role and is confident as always. Dimple Kapadia is decent in her part. Hard Kaur is amusing. Geneva Talwar is good.

Technical and Other Departments:

Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy's music is refreshing and the theme song that frequently plays in the background adds value to the proceedings. Santosh Thundiyil's cinematography is competent and Manan Sagar's editing is just perfect. Remo D'Souza smartly choreographs the song Rola Pe Gaya as an Indo-Western fusion.

Final View:

Nikhil Advani's hold on the film is so strong that you don't want to leave the hall even when the end-credit song is playing. Patiala House simply bowls you over. Watch it this weekend Dont Miss it.

Nagarjuna New Telugu Film Gaganam Movie Review:


Nagarjuna was back again with Gaganam. This feel Seems to worked great for Nagarjuna. This back to back film for him. this Film Was Statisfied all Catagories of audiance along with Nag Fans.



Story:
A terrorist group hijacks a star-jet airplane from Chennai. The plane, with 75 passengers and crew, is brought to Tirupati airport on an emergency landing. A minister, a leading actor, a doctor, a father, a small kid and her family from Pakistan and a father are among its passengers. The terrorists demand their important leader Yosuf Khan be released from the prison. Home secretary Vishwanath (Prakash Raju), National Security adviser and other top bosses also come down to Tirupati to negotiate with the terrorists. National Security Guards officer Ravi (Nagarjuna) is also brought in. But government refuses to take commando operation immediately although Ravi insists on doing. Succumbing to terrorists’ demands, the government releases Yousuf Khan but he gets killed in a road accident when he is being brought. Now the drama starts, how do Ravi and his team accomplish their mission and frees the passengers from hijackers?



Artist Performance:
Nagarjuna: Nagarjuna is probably one of the huge heroes of Telugu cinema who doesn’t give a damn about formulas and commercial elements if he sees something special in the story element or in the director. Gaganam is a kind of movie where Nagarjuna’s image helps the movie in attracting wider range of audiences. Nagarjuna plays the role of a National Security Guard who is torn between government decision and his natural instincts. Nagarjuna came up with a fabulous performance as NSG commando.
Others: Prakash Raj plays the role of negotiator and he is excellent. Thalaivasal Vijay is a traveller with military background and he brings believability to the character. Sana Khan did the role of one of the passengers. Brahmanandam plays an entertaining role of a out-of-favor film director. Bharat Reddy is convincing as an associate of Nagarjuna. Poonam Kaur did air hostess role and she is a good actress. Harsha Vardhan plays the role of a TV journalist who is desperate for breaking news. His work in the altercation with Nagarjuna is pretty good. Prithvi plays the role of a film hero who captures terrorist Yousuf in one of his movies. Ravi Prakash did the role of one of the pilots. Most of the other actors belong to other languages. The guy who did the role of an actor is perfectly cast.

Technical and other Departments:
K V Guhan should be showered praises for imaginatively putting the camera as the story revolves either in interiors of plane or an office room. Shot on digital Red Camera, Guhan has come up with some innovative angles. Most part of the story runs in the inside environs of a plane or in the office of airport. So it is tough job for a cameraman to show variation. Guhan comes as winner. The other technician who should be commended for his work is art director. The set of airplane (erected at Ramoji Film City) is almost like real. Background score is alright. Dialogues by Anuradha are okay.
Director Radha Mohan scores in direction and screenplay. He handles the dramatic sequences with ease and maintains the curiosity throughout the movie, not sidestepping from the main plot. Production values are on superior range although it is low budgeted movie.



Analysis:
Gaganam film is made against many odds. There are no songs (duets/situational). There is no heroine. There are no different locations (90% of the movie takes place in airport). There are no mass dialogues. And it sports Nagarjuna, who is the most romantic hero of Telugu cinema playing the main character. A film of this nature should be appreciated as the success of these kind of movies will augment more and more novel films to be made. The plus points of the movie are Nagarjuna’s presence, novel plot and realistic story telling. On the flip side, Telugu casting for small characters would have been good and humor orientation for a serious plot might dilute the effectiveness. On a whole, Gaganam is a decent film which should be watched with an open mind.



Final View:
Gaganam is different movie and is racy hijack drama. Nagarjuna’s charming performance, director’s narration in the second half, and short run time are its strength. It may cater to niche audiences, but all those who crave for good cinema would definitely appreciate it.


Its a good film to watch this weekend.

YEH SAALI ZINDAGI MOVIE REVIEW

Yeh Saali Hindi Movie Review:
Sudhir Mishra returns. And he does that it style! Yeh Saali Zindagi is a complex plot told with the maturity that is expected out of a seasoned director like him.

Story and Movie Analysis:

The film has quite a two clear parallel stories. One story is about Arun (Irrfan Khan) and love of his life Priti (Chitrangda). However while he is away for a month his friend Shyam (Vipul Gupta) sweeps Priti off her feet. The other story is about Kuldeep (Arunoday Singh) and his wife Shanti (Aditi Rao). Kuldeep is assigned the job to kidnap Shyam who is supposed to get married to the daughter of the Home Minister. And he kidnaps Priti along with Shyam as they believe she is his fiancee. Arun decides to get Priti out of the trouble but realizes that he will have to help Shyam too to see her happy! Political leaders and underworld dons are also pulled into the story taking it into a chaotic zone. But never for once does the film move away from the actual plot.

What works for the film is Mishra's grip on every department of filmmaking. While he comes up with a super tight and well paced script, he converts it into an equally impressive film. Each character stands out beautifully, up to the smallest goon. Yeh Saali Zindagi is shot very effectively and the director shows great understanding of cinematic language in the effects he uses. The narration goes back and forth into the past and also the characters doing the voiceover change quite a few times. But it never gets confusing for the audience. The music too is used very well as a part of the narrative. One of the strongest points of the film is its dialogues. While they are very fitting of the characters they also keep the humour alive. The high frequency of profanity might be an issue for many though.

Artist Performance:
The performances are top grade. Irrfan Khan scores above all with his impeccable timing - something he is known for. Chitrangda Singh does her bit but for some reasons has quite an anglicized Hindi accent. Arunoday Singh fits into his character very well and so does Aditi Rao. The chemistry between the two is expressed well and the 22 kisses (that made a lot of news) they shared on screen never seem out of place or forced. The supporting cast has its own impact on the story.

Technical and Other Departments:
The soundtrack of YEH SAALI ZINDAGI bears a different sound, especially the title track. Sachin Krishn's cinematography is perfect [the locales of Delhi and outskirts are well captured], but the only problem is that most of the shots have been dimly lit up, which may not be a problem at city plexes having good projection systems, but would pose a problem at smaller towns for sure. Something that even Vishal Bhardwaj had agreed with my viewpoint during KAMINEY. Dialogue [Mishra and Manu Rishi], like I pointed out earlier, are straight out of everyday conversation. The hoi polloi in particular would relish the cuss words, which are generously interwoven in the narrative. Background score is electrifying and the editing [most parts] makes the goings-on impactful.
udhir Mishra has worked on a taut screenplay to ensure that at no point in those 2 hours monotony sets in. Multiple stories are running concurrently, but unlike other films, these stories are linked to each other till the very conclusion. There're twists aplenty and the punches that come at regular intervals startle you since they don't follow the set blueprint that most Hindi films follow.

Final View:
On the whole, YEH SAALI ZINDAGI is a striking example of new age cinema. A daring film with a brand new approach, it's impulsive and engaging with skilful direction and power-packed performances as its strong points. This is one more solid attempt that takes the graph of Hindi cinema to a greater level.

Jagapathi babu new Telugu Film Jai Bholo Telangana Movie Review:

This time Director Comes With an Telangana Sentiment, all Though He had very Great Expectation On this Film But It Seems To be Not Worked For Shankar. With big Influence of KCR on as He wrote the lyrics. This Will Not Helps the Film For Big Run In Theaters....

Story:
well Coming Into story Amma Odi, run by Jayamma (Smrithi Irani), provides shelter and food to the helpless. Her husband Bande Gopaanna (Jagapathi Babu), father-in-law and forefathers all died for the Telanagana in the long history of the movement. Now, her son Varshith (Sandeep) doesn't want to become another martyr in his family by participating in the on going movement for separate Telagana state. He falls for the charms of Sahaja (Meera Nandan), who hails from Vijayawada. Rest of the movie is about how Varshith joins the movement and also wins his love against all odds.


Artist Performance:
Jagapati Babu donned three roles and he is convincing as Telangana martyr. It is a guest role for him though it is vital to the story of the movie. Smriti Irani is impeccable as the lady who inspires the people around. Gaddar danced for his own song
and he is extremely energetic and inspiring on the screen. The guy who did the role of Chari is commendable. The couple who acted as leads (Sandeep & Meera Nandan) and alright. Most of the cast in the film adds freshness (except for AVS, Nagineedu, Janardhan Maharshi, Siva Reddy).

Technical and Other Deparments:
Story - screenplay - direction: This movie has a love story set against the backdrop of the current Telangana movement. Director Shankar who has always been good when it come to capturing social problems made sure that there is an emotion while narrating the real incidents and struggles in the villages of Telanagana. However, the love story is not effectively narrated. He has juxtaposed the TV clippings with the happenings in the movie. Since Telangana is an ongoing problem, the director didn’t give any typical climax to the movie, but stated the wish of Telanagana fighters. Making a film on a subject like this is a difficult task. As a director Shankar has succeeded in showing the problems faced by Telangana people in villages. He has also criticized selfish leaders from all areas (including Telanagana).

Other departments: Music by Chakri is very good. Jai Bolo Telangana song and Gaddar songs are excellent. The title song was used as background music in key moments. I loved Gaddar’s awesome performance on screen in a song. Cinematography is alright. Editing by Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao is fine. Dialogues are well written.

Movie Analysis:
The film is basically an attempt to promote a particular movement in the name of sentiment. While the first half is lighted with the regular elements of romance, some comedy and songs, the second half gets serious. Overall, this is a film with low quality technical values, poor and biased content. The very act of encouraging students to commit suicides or kill is a major blunder. At the box office, this will appeal to a select few while the rest will take it easy.

Final View:
If you are a great fan of Shankar and his team watch it because it is Only For Telangana Lovers!!!
